In order to process your request in an efficient and targeted manner, please complete the form below and attach a picture of the complaint. After our preliminary check, you will receive an ASN number (authorization number for return) or we will directly create a case-closing correction calculation.
As soon as you have received an ASN number, we will provide you with our DHL returns link to return the goods postage paid.
